Dexvune does not receive commissions, referral fees, or any form of compensation from construction companies, material suppliers, contractors, or any party involved in the construction industry.
We do not recommend contractors. We do not approve or disapprove budgets. We do not have preferred suppliers. Our service is purely informational — we compare what's in your budget against what current market data suggests for the same scope of work, in the same geographic zone, at the same finish level.
This distinction matters because the construction industry in Argentina — like in many markets — has significant information asymmetry. Builders and contractors operate with detailed cost knowledge that clients typically don't have. Our role is to reduce that gap by providing clients with structured, current market data.

We do not appraise property
Property appraisal is a regulated profession. We provide cost benchmarking — a different service entirely.
We do not recommend builders
Any referral relationship would compromise our ability to provide unbiased data. We maintain a strict no-referral policy.
We do not approve budgets
Our reports show market comparisons. Whether a budget is acceptable is a decision that belongs to the client group, not to us.

Our cost reference data is collected from market sources — not submitted by construction companies. This prevents any supplier from influencing our reference figures.
No Contractor Access to Reports
Reports are delivered exclusively to the client group. The construction company whose budget is being analyzed does not receive or have access to our benchmarking report.
Regular Data Updates
We maintain our cost database with regular updates to reflect current market conditions. Outdated data would undermine the usefulness of any comparison we produce.
Transparent Methodology
Our reports describe the data sources and segmentation criteria used for each comparison. Clients can see the basis for every signal in the report.
No Commercial Relationships
We do not accept advertising, sponsorship, or any form of commercial relationship from parties active in the construction industry.
We Don't Give Advice
